Dr. Belinda McFeeters has been coaching and developing a diverse group of students and professionals in higher education and leadership organizations for nearly 20 years. She has taught in Leadership Studies and International Psychology Ph.D. programs, held administrative appointments in Academic Affairs, and has a broad range of evaluation project experience with leadership teams in education and service organizations.
In partnership with Center for Creative Leadership colleagues, Dr. McFeeters co-authored two books (a casebook and facilitator’s guide) on global leadership and diversity. The texts are designed to help organization leaders, instructors and students prepare to lead in situations where multiple identity groups are represented. The books challenge readers to apply social science concepts to the very real implications of different social identity groups working together in organizations.
Dr. McFeeters continues to be an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, she has a passion for promoting a culture of quality scholarship and continues to provide coaching and editorial support to scholars writing for academic publication.
