Licensing Steps with the Board of Psychology (BOP)
The Reiss-Davis Graduate School’s Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Psychodynamic Child Psychology and Psychotherapy program is an academic program designed for mental health professionals licensed through the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS). It meets the Board of Psychology's necessary academic and educational requirements for a doctoral program. If an RDGS graduate desires to pursue licensing as a clinical psychologist or the title of psychologist in California, he/she is responsible to stay updated on the most recent regulations and complete the requirements set forth by the California Board of Psychology.
